CPI's latest acquisition: Part of 96,000 sq ft Santee Town Center in Santee, California.CPI's Camino San Bernardo Office Center in northern San Diego County, California.The Pines at Pennfield, a 267-unit multifamily property in Battle Creek, Michigan, purchased in October 2015, is the third father-son joint venture between CPI's Chris Coseo and Calvin Coseo at Coseo Enterprises, Inc. (CEI).

In July 2015, CPI partnered with Coseo Enterprises, Inc. in acquiring Block 36, a Michigan State University student housing property in East Lansing, Michigan.

Carnegie Park Apartments in Southfield, Michigan, was purchased by CPI in early 2012 and sold in August 2015.Country Meadows is a 267-unit apartment development located on a beautiful 30-acre site in Ypsilanti, Michigan, sold in 2016.

A Westland Park Apartment kitchen in Westland, Michigan (sold in April 2014) and the courtyard of Eagle Pointe Apartments (right) in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, which was sold for a significant profit in 2013.

In early 2013, CPI acquired Town Commons – a planned development of 100 apartment units as well as additional land for future single-family homes, apartments, and townhomes. The property also included 13,000 sq. ft. of retail space, all within a few minutes of downtown Howell, Michigan.

University Green is a community of apartments and townhomes in Ypsilanti, Michigan, two blocks from the campus of Eastern Michigan University and some 23,000 students.
