Jeffrey D. Stites, chief operating officer

Jeffrey D. Stites’ career in real estate finance spans over 30 years with financial institutions in the Western United States. These include Wells Fargo Bank, First Interstate Bank, San Diego Trust & Savings Bank, and First National Bank. 

For the past decade, Mr. Stites served as senior vice president and regional manager (San Diego, Orange County, and Las Vegas, NV) for the real estate division of City National Bank where he managed a $1.2 billion real estate loan portfolio. Structured transactions included construction, mini-perm, mezzanine, and shared appreciation financing associated with all types of commercial and residential properties.

Mr. Stites joined Coseo Properties, Inc. from JD Stites and Associates, a San Diego-based consulting company specializing in asset restructuring, asset disposition, expert witness testimony, finance sources, analysis, and lender services.

As chief operating officer for CPI, Mr. Stites is responsible for overseeing the full scope of the company's project development as well as the firm's day-to-day operating activities, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost, and margin control; and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management. He serves as a leader and mentor for the company, and as a high-level corporate resource within the company, provides strategic guidance and leadership. 

Mr. Stites, a former US Olympian in water polo, has maintained his passion for sport and community service through his participation (most recently as past president) in a non-profit organization supporting boys & girls athletics.
