Nikki Rodriguez joined Coseo in 2022 with 15 years of Property Management experience in multi-family, single-family, office and retail products throughout California.
As the Portfolio Director, she is responsible for overseeing asset management, lease negotiations and investor relations for our portfolio of multi-family and office assets in Southern California and across the Midwest.
Prior to joining Coseo Properties, Inc., Nikki spearheaded Property Management teams for local investors on multiple mixed-use portfolios inclusive of retail, office and residential products in San Diego and Los Angeles counties. She played a critical role in tenant-relations management, assisting businesses through the pandemic, working diligently with ownership groups to find creative solutions to growing vacancy rates and delinquencies. Nikki prides herself as a player/coach and has mentored property management teams, developed key-processes, and established best practices throughout her career.
Nikki is a big advocate for children and human rights. She volunteers at the UC San Diego NICU Baby-Cuddler program, which offers round-the-clock human-contact for premature infants. You may also occasionally find her building homes for Habitat for Humanity.
