Calvin J. Coseo joined Coseo Properties Inc. in 2009 to oversee the acquisition, asset management, investor relations, rehabilitation, and sale of 3,000 single-family homes located in 45 states throughout the U.S. Calvin spearheaded the development of software to coordinate and track each home that was acquired, sold, or leased. The software facilitated the management and ensured the efficient performance of 1,200 real estate brokers and 800 contractors involved with the project.
In 2014, Calvin formed Coseo Enterprises, Inc. in partnership with CPI to assist with the acquisition of eight multifamily complexes in the Midwest totaling 1,115 units, and three office complexes totaling over 375,000 square feet. Based upon his market performance, national and regional expertise, and cumulative knowledge of the industry, Calvin assumed the role of President at CPI in 2018.
Calvin is actively involved in community service and has served as a director of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego since 2011.
