Cote Perkins joined Coseo Properties, Inc. in 2014. As Managing Partner, he is tasked with managing current assets as well as identifying markets for investment, performance studies, financial analysis and due diligence for all real estate acquisitions. Cote formulates the initial budget forecast and long-term plans for each acquisition. Cote oversees further operations of the assets until future disposition.
Cote possesses the unique ability to convey Coseo’s ethics and business integrity to partners, allowing him to form strong relationships with real estate brokers and sellers. His professional business acumen builds valuable trust with brokers who often bring deals straight to Cote because they know they will be treated with fairness and respect. Cote not only garners relationships that advance our success, he also contributes essential creativity in designing successful transactions. During the escrow closing phase, he works closely with the Coseo executive staff and all third-party closing personnel such as our attorneys, title and escrow vendors, property managers and brokers to ensure a smooth transaction for all.
Cote holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and coached football for two years at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, before returning to his roots in Southern California to begin his real estate career. He lives in San Diego with his wife Lydia, son Gordie and daughter Miller.
